Please enter a seed time when registering.
This time will be used to place you in the appropriate heat based on your ability.
Entry to the 5000m is for athletes born in 2009 or earlier. Eg: youngest athlete - turning 15 this year.

Bib & Check In
Bib Collection and Check In will be located in the function room, and all athletes will be required to check in no later than 45 minutes before the start of the race.

Parking Due to the SASI development, the car park directly accessing the SA Athletics Stadium is closed, and parking in the netball area will be required for this event. Please note that netball competitions will be occurring, and parking may be limited, ensure you leave sufficient time to find parking. |
First Aid
First Aid personnel will be on hand during the event and will be located at the stadium finish line.
Event Marshalling
Track athletes are required to marshall at the start line 10 minutes before the race.
Lap Scorers
All athletes are required to provide their own lap scorer for this event. Lap scorers can be a friend, parent, partner or fellow athlete not competing in the same race.
