WELCOME TO THE SECOND ADELAIDE DISTANCE SERIES & STATE 5,000m!
Join us as the state's best distance runners compete for the title of 2023/24 State 5,000m Champion in the Open, U20, O35 and O50 age groups.

Bib & Check In
Bib Collection will be located in the function room, and all athletes will be required to check in no later than 45 minutes before the start of the race.
Uniform
All athletes must wear their club uniform. As Running SA doesn't have a set uniform, a run group uniform is acceptable.

Parking Due to the SASI development, the car park directly accessing the SA Athletics Stadium is closed, and parking in the netball area will be required for this event. Please note that netball competitions will be occurring, and parking may be limited, ensure you leave sufficient time to find parking. |
First Aid
First Aid personnel will be on hand during the event and will be located at the stadium finish line.
Lap Scorers
All athletes are required to provide their own lap scorer for this event. Lap scorers can be a friend, parent, partner or fellow athlete not competing in the same race.

You should receive a confirmation email on registration. If you have not received an email, your registration may not have gone through, and you won't be placed in your event.
