Friday Night Lights is a high-energy, community-driven athletics showcase designed to activate the stadium precinct on the eve of the Adelaide Invitational. It blends elite athlete engagement, family-friendly entertainment, running participation, and club/school involvement to create an accessible, festival-style experience that brings the broader running community closer to the sport.

Relays on offer:

• 4 × 100m - Junior (Yr 7-9), Senior (Yr 10-12), Open, O35, Para

• Medley Relay (800m, 400m, 200m, 200m) - Junior (Yr 7-9), Senior (Yr 10-12), Open, O35

• 5 × 1km
