Call room times:
Pole Vault - 70 minutes
Discus, Javelin, Hammer, High Jump - 45 minutes
Long & Triple Jump, Shot Put - 35 minutes
Hurdles, Wheelchair Track, Seated Throws and Relays - 20 minutes
All other track events - 15 minutes
2 December
The track will be available for training from 15:00 - 17:00 on Wednesday 3rd.
The warm-up track will be available from 15:00 on Thursday 4th.

Team management/physio will be on level 1 of the grandstand (you need to come here to get your bib)
Spectator tickets are available to purchase from the AA website (athlete's don't need to get a ticket, their accreditation will get them in)

All athletes are assumed as checked in. If you wish to scratch from an event you must do so 90min before it is due to take place (we can help you with this) otherwise they may stop you competing in any further events you have...
