Port Adelaide

Port Adelaide Athletic Clubs is a track and field club which caters for a broad spectrum of athletes. We train athletes for general fitness (off-season training for other sports), for “amateur” athletics competitions, and for “professional” handicapped competitions. This includes training for running, jumping, throwing and hurdling. Our athletes range from as young as 10 to older than 50 years of age.
The clubrooms contain an extensive gym area and an outside fitness station to give athletes a broad range of training options. The club also has separate change rooms and amenities for males and females. The club has low fees for members and holds social activities for everyone to get involved with.
Our competition uniform has the traditional colours of Port Adelaide, being mainly black for the women’s singlet and mainly white for the men’s singlet. These singlets are worn with black shorts, briefs or tights when athletes are competing.
Whether you are just interested in fitness, or becoming a competitive athlete then we are the club that can help you.
Associated with our core business of Athletics is our community activities including “Active for Life”, SASRAPID classes and a City to Bay training centre.
