The Athletics SA 2013-2016 Strategic Plan outlines Athletics SA’s strategic direction. The plan has been written by Athletics SA Executive Director, Adam Bishop. The key themes and strategies within the plan have been developed with consultation from a range of stakeholders, including representatives from Athletics SA Member Clubs. The strategic plan details state level plans, but is also designed to support Athletics Australia’s strategic plan.
The plan is underpinned by an in-house operational document to ensure the successful implementation of Athletics SA’s strategic objectives.
